CartonCloud Setup

Data Mapping

For the creation of sale orders in CartonCloud, the following details are required to configure the integration:

  • Customer UUID - The customer the sale orders are being created for.
  • Warehouse UUID - The warehouse the orders are being assigned to. Multiple warehouses can be used if required.

Products

Products should exist in CartonCloud with Product Codes / SKUs matching the products that can be ordered from the client system.

Sale Order Creation

For the integration to access the CartonCloud API the following details need to be provided:

  • Tenant ID
  • Client ID
  • Client Secret

To obtain these API details an Self-Managed Integration needs to be added to CartonCloud under More > Self-Managed Integrations.

Sale Order Updates

For the optional sale order updates to be pushed back to the client system a webhook needs to be registered which subscribes to the Order status change trigger. This needs to be provisioned through a request to CartonCloud Support.
