Sybiz Vision

The WMS integration for Sybiz Vision imports sales orders from Sybiz Vision to the WMS for fulfillment, updates being pushed back to Sybiz Vision as orders are completed.

Sybiz Vision Setup​

API Access​

For the integration to access the Sybiz Vision API the following details need to be provided:

  • API Url
  • Username
  • Password
  • Database
  • Keys

Sales Order Filtering​

So only the relevant sales orders are imported into the WMS to process, filtering criteria needs to be provided.

Sybiz Vision sales orders are typically filtered using the following criteria:

  • Delivery Status - The sales order delivery status used to indicate the order is not in a draft state and is ready to fulfill.
  • Location - The location ID used by the API on sales orders to indicate the 3PL warehouse location to fulfill orders from. Note that this is different from the location ID displayed in the user interface.
