CartonCloud Setup
Shipping Order / Shipment Creation
For shipping system orders and / or shipments to be created from CartonCloud sale orders a webhook needs to be registered which subscribes to the Order status change trigger. This needs to be provisioned through a request to CartonCloud Support.
Sale Order Updates
The following CartonCloud API details are required to allow the updating of sale orders in CartonCloud:
- Tenant ID
- Client ID
- Client Secret
To obtain these API details an Self-Managed Integration needs to be added to CartonCloud under More > Self-Managed Integrations.
