Utilities for CartonCloud

The Utilities for CartonCloud middleware provides additional security and convenience utilities when integrating with the CartonCloud API.

The CartonCloud API uses different names to the CartonCloud web app for its orders. Outbound Orders are Sale Orders and Inbound Orders are Purchase Orders. The API naming is used throughout this documentation.

Prerequisites​

Before the Utilities for CartonCloud can be used the following prerequisites are required:

  • A Self-Managed Integration added in CartonCloud under More > Self-Managed Integrations, providing the Tenant ID, Client ID and Client Secret the middleware uses to access the CartonCloud API.
  • For utilities which react to order changes, a webhook subscribing to the Order status change trigger pointed at the middleware. Webhooks need to be provisioned through a request to CartonCloud Support.
