Filter

Filtering rules can be defined for forwarding messages using specific XML values and attributes within the message received.

For example:

  • When: XUS message of type WarehouseOrder for organization CLT001CHC; Then: Forward message to service bus queue Shopify Client.
  • When: XUS message of type WarehouseOrder for organization CLT002AKL; Then: Forward message to service bus queue Unleashed Client.
  • When: XUE message; Then: Forward message to logging service.

Filtering can also be defined on the CargoWise side within the Workflow Templates, applying filtering before anything is even sent to the eAdaptor Relay.

This can be a useful cost cutting measure if you're close to your subscription quota limits.
